Sector: Aesthetic pharma.
Scope: Global platform launch, multi-market pilots.
Galderma needed a global communications platform for its aesthetics business that would work across markets, brands and audiences while maintaining the regulatory and scientific rigour that aesthetic pharma requires. The work required coordination across multiple geographies, regulatory environments, brand teams and external partners.
Charlotte led the development and global launch of galdermaaesthetics.com, working with Galderma's global teams and a VGC team of specialist partners across strategy, content architecture, scientific narrative, design and digital production. The engagement included brand integration across the aesthetics portfolio and pilot launches in priority markets including Australia and Brazil.
The platform operates as the global communications anchor for Galderma's aesthetics business and continues to be used as the primary digital reference point across markets.

Thermo Fisher Scientific is one of the world's largest providers of scientific instrumentation, services and consumables.
